How do i put a fuel injector in

Try cleaning the injectors... http://fordfuelinjection.com/?p=82 will give a few ideas on how to do a cleaning. Other than a cleaning, you need to be sure that the injectors are receiving the signal to operate, this is tested with a noid light.
Other than that, if you still want to replace the injectors, first relieve fuel system pressure by: 1) Look in the trunk for the fuel pump shut off switch. Turn it off.
2) start the car and let it run and stall out (should not take long)
3) Now the fuel system is depressurized
Now you can go in and begin the removal. 1) remove air intake plenum (on 5.0 it is the metal swept to one side looking thing on top of the engine)
2) remove the fuel rail assembly (you will need fuel line couple tools to make this happen, otherwise trying to improvise one will damage the coupling and give you a fuel leak)
3) Detach the electrical connectors from each injector (be careful and gentile like)
4) Grip the entire fuel injector with one hand and pull while gently rocking it back and forth. Don't yank, use a stern wiggle
5) First check once you get the injector out will be the O-rings, look for deterioration cracks or other signs of boo. (In general, replacing the O-rings is recommended once you have the injector removed)
6) Inspect the injector for signs of wear, and deterioration or breakage (if broken, you may want to investigate your manifold for the offending pieces)
Reinstall: 1) Lubricate the O-rings (use light oil only...no grease/silicone, they will clog the injector)
2) Lightly twist the injectors into place.
3) replace the previously removed parts
Tips: Recommend using a digital camera before and during your procedure. That way you have a photo reference of what things looked like before they were disassembled as well as what the progress was like, and you can refer to your own photo guide as you work.

I need to change out

you unbolt the entire fuel rail from the intake manifold and pull it up gently. You can leave the rail connected to the fuel supply hose. You may need to remove the connectors as well to get it up high enough to change the o-rings. use a little oil or grease on the orings to slip them back in the same way you pulled it out. If you have more questions, let us know.

When you try to go

There is a cable that hooks to the throttle mechanism on the fuel injection system, called a kick down cable. When you press down on the gas pedal it pulls the kick down cable and downshifts the transmission. I would start by checking this cable. Make sure that the cable is not broken.

Where is fuel filter?

Fuel filters are typically located next to a frame rail. You can trace the fuel line forward, starting at the tank, and you should come to the fuel filter between the tank and engine.

A dealership fixed my cooling system. I was told

if the low side tube is cold while the compressor is working the problem will be on air door module, or one piece of hose from intake manifold go to recirculation door is dis connected, but if he compressor is not working, there is only two reason, even the refrigerant pressure is too high or too low, if low a leak on your system, if too high overcharge or clogged expansion valve or the condenser, if refrigrant is i the right pressure and compressor is not working, check the supply on main switch, ambient temperature sensor, refrigrant pressure sensor and the high pressure sensor, if all ok,. replace compressor

Where is the fuel filter located, and how do you

Usually it is located just ahead of the passenger side rear tire on the frame rail. You may need a special tool called a fuel line separator or it may just have clamps to undo. You'll have to get underneath to see which case it is. Good luck!

Finding 1989 Ford, Crown Victoria Sedan, Car

there is a reason why we are not providing what u asked for , we are not a parts site, we have no way to reference any part numbers, we have no parts manuals for any car or truck, if u need parts do a used part search using the web site below, they have cross over manuals and can supply all the parts u need, this was a car produced in huge numbers and there are lots of these in salvage yards, the parts request form connects u to 100's of yards and then they will email you with prices and availability of the parts.
