Time to find out why your oil level is going up.
Either coolant in the oil, or fuel in the oil.
Which ever it is the cat engine is not happy. My suggestion would be to get an oil sample test.
Any major diesel repair place will help. Just a little oil in a sterile jar to be analyzed for contaminants.
Coolant is the worst as it will scour the bearings.

you have the oil rings broke.

Should be OBD 1 which does not need a scanner. You jumper two wires at the plug in the engine compartment to make the light flash.If you do an internet search for Ford KOEO test you should find photos and instructions including what the codes mean.

Code 301 is a miss on cylinder one.Code 316 is for a miss on startup which would be connected to code 301.Code 1000 means the computer self-test did not finish.Code 1565 is specific to Ford products and means the cruise control system failed to engage - command switch is out of range.Someone will need to check cylinder one to find the main problem. Code 301 means the cylinder is not producing power but not why. It could be ignition, fuel, or mechanical.

Fix the misfire concern on cylinders 5 and 6. That will probably take care of the lean codes p0171 and p0174. The catalytic converter is probably damaged from the misfire concern....that's what is setting the p0420 code. Take care of these concerns first before fixing p1131 code
