Lack of power misses at road speed smokes on
sounds like a good fuel system clean is needed! also make sure there is a clean air filter, as they kill alot of power and will end up causing more fuel to **** through and partially burn giving smoke!
97 Ford Power Stroke, starting problem.
Does the starter engage the drive gear with the action of a solenoid? It may not be pushing (pulling) the gear far enough. There may be a slipping ring gear on the flex-plate. If you pull the starter again, you can try to see if the ring moves in and out or appears to be slipping around on the flex-plate. The flex plate could be loose on the crankshaft. In any case, the engine or the transmission would have to come out. Check the starter engagement before removing the torus and flex-plate.

Hi
You need to open the fusebox located under the dashboard and then check all the fuses. If the fuses are all fine, then check for burned/broken wires.
Please do accept the solution if the issue is resolved or else revert for further assistance.
Thanks

Changed thermaste and pipes are leaking under
It sound slike you changed the thermostat and now the system is leaking.
Check to make sure that both ends of the radiator hose are securely fastened. If it is, then check to make sure the thermostat housing is tightly fitted to the engine block.
If both are tight, it is likely your thermostat gasket is not seated properly and will require that you remove the assembly, prepare the surface again, make sure gasket is on properly and reinstall.
Here is a link to a video which discusses that process...

Could be the Camshaft Position Sensor (CPS) again. Did you have it replaced by the dealer on the Ford unlimited recall ? It's easy to check...get under the front end of the truck and look up by the harmonic balancer (sits behind the main pulley) on the passenger side and you'll see a sensor (could be brown but I believe that one was the recall color, most likely it will be black) with two wires coming out. Is it secured onto it's mounting bracket ? Is the wiring plug snug into it's socket ? If so...it could very well be a defective CPS. It's not unusual. Any possibility your batteries drained to a point where it's not cranking out enough ? Also consider, you may have originally had a different issue besides the CPS.
Truck wont start
you have to replace your fuel filter, and just get a new pump in case
good luck
Ac works intermittently
There are a few factors that can contribute to this.
1: a faulty blower motor resistor.
2: a faulty A/C relay
3: a loose electrical connection that is nudged into place and out of place.
These are the most common. inspect before just replacing. If the part looks burnt out, or has alot of white corrision in the connections thats probably the problem.. However, sometimes everything is clean. and just faulty.

i am guessing the truck is a 4 wheel drive... if that is the case, check your front wheel bearings. most vehicles that now use a hub and bearing assembly with built in ABS are common issues and easy repairs on MOST VEHICLES.
1990 Pace Arrow wont start
Do you have switches near or above entry door, for battery shut-offs? Trying to recall where they are on Pace Arrow. I'd start at the battery disconnects anyway, then work your way forward.
