I got a 2000 maxima wont go into overdrive and fans not working

On overdrive not working = check the 'Revolution Sensor' (on transmission output area, check the 'OD' Switch. On the fans - fuse panel under hood - two relays one for the 'thermostatic fan' the other for the A/C fan.

The instrument panel stops working while driving.

Soundws like a hairline crack in the display board or a corroded connection. Could very well be that you are losing your ground and no the Hot. Gypse problems are the worst..Good luck

Trouble starting vehicle after checking fuses

Not sure how exactly you could have blown or damaged the fuse that controls the coil packs while trying to fix tail lights as they are in no way connected anywhere on a vehicle but look for your coil or coil pack fuse and make sure it is not blown.Simple continuity checker can tell you if it is blown or not.

Just finished replacing my timing belt on my 2000 nissan frontier...run perfect but the problem is when i rev it, it starts to chock and then it dies.

Try cleaning the throttle body, or any componants related to the fuel and a mixing, that would be my first step i guess then move on from there

2000 Nissan Frontier overheats frequently. fan clutch and thermostat have been replaced, radiator has been flushed, water pump was changed last year????Help

Well you covered the major points of the system. It is possible one of the hoses is collapsing internally, or a blockage inside the radiator in spite of it being flushed.I would try to see if the radiator and the block will flow with the hoses off.Another possible cause is something blocking the air flow thru the radiator. Was it running hot before the pump was replaced ? Any chance the pump is defective ?

Change brake light bulb on a 2000 Nissan Frontier

The entire bed line will need to be removed. The long screws that hold the metal bracet where the bed extender attaches also hold the tail light assembly in place.
I pulled the bed liner up at a 45 degree angle and layed it on top of the cab. This revealed the screws. Take both screws out and lay to the side along with the metal bracket for the bed extender.
Now firmly grab the edges of the tail light assembly and pull...there are 2 hard rubber nipples that snap in to hold the assembly. You will feel like you might break it but you won't..just pull straight back hard. The assembly will "POP" out and then you can just twist the back of each bulb there are (3) and pull out..now you will see the bulbs..just pull the bad bulb straight out and push the new one into place. Now just reassemble. Total time will be 30-45 min. for this repair.
