How To bypass the Fuel Pump Relay
Don't bypass the fuel pump relay . power to the relay comes from the ignition switch on start cycle .when the engine is running the oil pressure switch takes over the circuit .so if you crash and the engine .stops so does the pump . If the fuel line brakes a bypassed pump will keep pumping spraying fuel and you could burn.
02 sensor
Is this a 4 cylinder or 6 cylinder? If 4 cylinder, it will be the sensor in the exhaust pipe closest to the engine. If 6 cylinder you need to follow the exhaust pipe coming from #1 cylinder an it will be the sensor closest to the engine.
Fuel filler neck
Hi I'm Peter, Not sure what your problem is from just posting fuel filler neck however I am assuming you have a strong gas smell. The rubber hose that connects the filler pipe on the tank to the fuel spout may be cracked and leaking. Another common problem is the tank vent tube that runs from the tank up along side the filler tube may be rubbing on the metal part of the tube and has a hole in it. This will give you the strong fume smell and possible fuel leak as will the rubber filler tube when the tank is full. These vehicles are known for this problem and also the metal filler pipe rusting causing a pin ole. Look to see if you can see rust anywhere . Even if you don't see rust on the outside does not mean there is not rust on the inside. I have seen where a lot of people have been have the rust issue also to the point they carry the part at auto parts stores . Hope this is what you needed.
Car starts goes in gear but want move
check transmission fluid. There should be a dipstick under the hood only if it's automatic. If it's a standard, there is a lot more to checking fluid. If there is nothing showing on your dipstick add some through the dipstick tube. Never add fluid though while car is running in gear as it will take off on you when fluid reaches transmission. Add a liter, check again, then follow the proper way to check the fluid level. The proper way will be written on the dipstick itself. It may say check hot in park, or check in neutral, but never add it like that if there is nothing showing on the dipstick.Let me know how you make out
