What is the wrench symbol

This is to remind you of the oil change, and also they have it programed to come on every 7500 miles for service, this is so they can sell you something but basicly for oil changes, to reset the light and when you have an oil change you should ask them to reset it even if its not on, depending on how often you do an oil change you may just need to reset every second oil change, for example an oil change should be done every 3,000 mile this way the light comes on and you can wait until the oil is due the second time, hope this helps. to reset turn key on all the way but dont start engine make sure all doors are closed then push and hold the trip button until you hear 3 beeps system is now reset.

Battery good, alternator charging, starter new, only starts with boost

it sounds like you might have a problem on the starter relay. check the voltages going to and leaving it. It should drop no lower than 9.5 volts during start.

I have 2006 crown victoria p71 car starts but no accleration

Both codes are for the throttle actuator control, and could have been set when you ran the engine with the component unplugged.I would have the codes cleared and see if the computer resets the default settings next.

2006 crown Victoria blows hot air with the air

sounds like the temperature blend door is either jammed or the actuator is shorted ou. when the temperasture control is moved you should hear the door moving...my guess is you are not hearing that..the actuator would be attached to the heater plenum behind dash/glovebox area...becareful to test the correct one as there will be a fresh air actuator and a mode door actuator as well...you can determine which one is which by changing the positions on heater head from hot/col, floor/defrost, recirculate and fresh air settings..each setting will move its designated actuatror..the one not moving would be you temp actuator....have fun!
