I am having a problem with my Expedition, when I press the button for the heat to blow through the back floor it doesn't work. The heat will only blow from the roof. I turned the knob for rear control and pressed the button from the back, it still doesn't work. So, the floor vents are not working, just only the roof air vents. I have the same problem on my 04 Expedition XLT, but with my front vents. Fan and temp controls work fine, but the vent doors have stopped working. I only get air through the defrost vents. Is this my front blend door actuator?
Hope I was avle to help, glad you up and going.

how to change spark plugs 2004 ford expedition 5.4l
These plugs can be difficult, the plug design sucks and if you are not careful you can break them off in the head. Ford issued a TSB069-2008-1 on how to properly remove the plugs and also there is a special tool so if you break a plug off. My friends cost him 300 for a dealer to do it and saved a lot of time. Hope this helps you out.....

Go to the FREE Ford website and download the owners manual for your vechicle. It will show a picture of the fuse block, locations and sizes.
It's location in the manual is under "road side emergencies".
Hope this helps.

how do i reset an airbag code 19?
I assume you are counting the air bag light flash, If so light flash 19 is for an drivers side air bag circuit, problem which could be low resistance, circuit open ,short to voltage short to ground. and cannot be cleared or reset until the concern is corrected.ford motor vehicles air bag light will go out when concern is no longer present but will remain in memory, I would start by inspecting wiring under dash going up to steering wheel ,the air bag connector is located just to right of steering column when sitting in the drivers seat after removing the trim panel below the steering column and is a yellow connector, Please use caution when connecting or disconnecting any connectors to air bag system ,battery should be disconnected for min of ten min's prior to attempting any work on air bag curcuits. I have seen many problems in the past with the air bag itself also with the clock spring ,question does the horn, cruise control and steering wheel controls for audio system (IF SO EQuIPPED) work properly? if not there is very possibly a clock spring problem

My 2004 Ford Expedition will not spray windshield wiper when the button is pushed. The wipers do turn on, but no spray. Would this be caused by a fuse (the wipers do turn on) or is the motor bad?
Can you hear the washer pump running when you operate the washer switch? The washer pump is in the bottom (side) of the washer fluid reservoir. You should hear it running. If not, you can disconnect the wire connector at the pump and use a test light to check to see if there is power and ground at the connector when you operate the switch. If there is power and ground, replace the washer pump motor. If there is no power or ground, you most likely have a bad washer control switch. (You have to replace the entire Multifunction Switch)
If you can hear the pump running, check for washer fluid pouring on the ground. If this is the case, you have a broken hose between the washer pump and the jets that spray on your windshield.
Also note that there is no way possible that your problem could be CAUSED by a fuse!

where is the fuel pump relay located on a 2004 ford expediton.
67sunbeam, this is a rather complex system. The actual fuel pump, relay is located in the central conjunction box which is located behind the left kick panel. IT IS NON SERVACEABLE according to Ford. There is an inertia switch inside the left rear cab corner near the bottom. Just push it into the relay, if it was tripped, it will click. There is a fuseable link in the engine compartment next to the battery on the engine side. Aside from that, the fuel pump it self could have connection problems and more. Beyond the simple things, unless you fix cars for a living, it may cost you more to fix it you self than to bring it to a pro.
