2004 ford expedition door will not lock or unlock when hit but I do hear a clicking sound near the fuse box what's the problem?
By CLICK do you mean the normal sound you are used hearing and I'm asumeing you are talking about the keyless entery.
Do the other doors lock and unlock normaly.
If so then the problem is inside the door .The way it works is their is the motor that moves the mechinisum that has small metal rods that have clips and plastic anchors that will pivit somewhat .
However some times with the window partitaly down at highway speeds the window can move out of the track it runs in and hit these rods if rolled all of the way down witch could a clip to fall off the rod . Or one of the plastic peice could have broken
In short if the other door locks work their is no problem with the keyless system but a broken or disconnected part inside the door that isn't working. And needs to come apart to know for sure .

Connect battery cables in 2004 Ford Expedition
Are you trying to jump it? Or are you replacing the cables entirely? If replacing them, (Read all my instructions for the cautions involved) then unscrew the negative post cable first and then your positive side from your battery. Be careful not to touch them together while your are taking the cables apart. Once the battery is not connected, find the easiest cable to replace first, I think it will be the negative. Do not connect the battery yet!!!!, second the red cable indicating the hot cable will be next. That cable might be longer because on fords, unless I am mistaken should be connected to the starter or on fords an external starter solenoid. Connect that. Once you have replaced both cables, it's time to connect the red cable to the battery. Be careful that the negative side cable is not touching the ground or vehicle because you will see a shocking spark. Once that is connected it's time for the negative side to be connected to the battery black side. The battery has positive indicators (+) and negative indicators (-) may be color coded also + (red) - (black). DO NOT CROSS THEM BECAUSE THE CHARGE MIGHT BE ENOUGH TO BLOW THE BATTERY ( DANGER) I cannot stress this enough. You do not want to be around when a battery blows. They are dangerous. Use caution ok. Don't be that person that goes to the hospital with burns from acid.

Can i use truck if i disconnect auto air ride compressor
The compressor is in the front behind the passenger headlight area. If you disconnect the compressor then the rear struts will bottom out. The only possible way of going around it would be to get an air line inflation valve that will allow you to seal the line and allow a place to pump the air back up.

We have a 2004 expedition with heater on or of there is cold air coming in on the passenger side floor board
Hi Michael, I'm Al the owner of Big As Auto Repair.
Michael, usually when the heat from the vents is hot on one side and cold on the other then there is a door problem OR the heater core can be clogged internally on the passenger side and doesn't heat all the way across the heater core. Michael, switch the vents to the panel and see if it is still cold on the passenger side. CAUTION: Sometimes it is very hard to determine if you have a door problem and even more so if it is a dual-zone A/C system because there is a door for the drivers side and a door for the passengers side. Here's something you can try, disconnect the negative battery cable for 20 seconds, before turning the key on turn the blower to full speed, the A/C to Panel Mode, and to full cold. Now turn the key on and hopefully if will go to the calibration. If you hear the door switching by itself DO NOT touch it until the calibration it complete. Then see if you have heat on the passenger side. If you need further assistance go to my website below. Have an awesome day Michael.

Removing rear view mirror tab on 2004 ford expodetion
If you are talking about the tab that holds the mirror on I then you have to use a solvent and patients it is a heavy duty adhesive on there. Gently working the edges with a razor knife and rubbing with a solvent will work with time.

How do i disable r/r caliper on 2004 expedition
The only way to disable a rear brake caliper that is seized is to get a small pry bar and use force to slide it back to the release position.place the pry bar in. The open space top of the caliper
Then if I were in this situation since you come this far I would simply replace the caliper the slide bolts are 7mm Allen type.
then remove the brake fluid feed line don't forget to replace the
copper seals on the main brake fluid feed connector.
then bleed the system do this by opening the air bleed
valve its 8 or 10 mm just crack it open maybe you one full
turn then place your finger on the top were the fluid comes out.
have some one pump brakes slowly all the way down and release
brake pedal continue this until you feel pressure at tip of your
finger then release brake pedal on the last pump hold brake pedal
down and tighten then release pedal.
Good to you!
