when an anti-theft module 16 is tripped and the vehicle won't start, the only way to fix it is to reset the system using factory software or a high-end scan tool. You may be able to find a mobile mechanic/locksmith with the software who can come to you, but most likely you will have to get the vehicle to your local dealer.

If you unplug that relay and use jumper wire between terminal 30 and 87, fuse 18 should go hot. That should mean, the control side of relay has a problem, The control side needs voltage and ground.

The P1131 means that your upstream oxygen sensor (the one closest to the engine) is not switching rich to lean and back as frequently as it should. This could be due to a vacuum leak, a failing oxygen sensor, or a rich fuel mixture. Rich mixture - Too much fuel, not enough air. Lean mixture - Too much air not enough fuel.

It's ******* to put an old engine into a newer vehicle. You can do it the other way around, but not this way. Chances are it won't have places for all the sensors.

Check the connections for power with a test light. If your getting power to the pump and it doesn't work then it is bad (new or not)

Check that the battery cable ends (where the wire goes into the clamp) are clean with no corrosion, and that the other end of those cables are securely connected - especially where the ground cable connects. Also check any ground strap that connects the engine with the frame or body.

This truck has spark plug wiring. Have you REPLACED all spark plugs and wires with new? Have you cleaned the MAF sensor? don-ohio

I would check sparkplugs, plug wires, vacuum hoses to map sensor, check to see if exhaust is strong out pipe, may be a catalytic convertor stopped up , bad O2 sensor will cause starting and idling problems.

Could be valve body problems, shift solenoid or the TCM. If all check out good then I'd overhaul the transmission.

Disconnect alternator and replace blown power fuse and see if it is the actual alternator short or harness related. Always check your ground wire for corroision. Ground wires cause resistance problems and cause premature failures of electrical components.

Best advice is to get the key pad checked.
