Check engine light
It's on the fire wall passenger side you will see three solenoid all together I'll have to check where the Purge one is. But you can't buy them anymore they don't make them anymore.. I found some on e-bay but they don't work.... If you still want to know which one I'll have to look in my notes I have at home..

Transmission stops working when hot
You are probably having ATF bubbles flowing through your tranny either from overfill or by using cheap ATF / the wrong atf. Consider a drain and refill 3 times (driving for 5 minutes in between a drain and refill. This time only use dealship ATF and I guarantee you the problem will go away.
Fuel Pump Relay
Obviously, you can jump the relay but it is dangerous on an extended basis. You'd have pressure in the lines when you don't want it there. Replace the relay if it is defective.
If you have other issues, you can check the pump back to the tank by going on the business end of the relay and looking for resistance at the pump to ground. If it is open, the pump or the harness is bad...GMs have harness issues...not Fords.
Probe power windows
hey, i have the same problem on my 96 probe gt. its probably the window motor, there cheap. just take the door panel off and you cant miss it. its like 4 or 5 bolts holding it on.

Front fog lights!
The fog light switch is located to the right of the rear wiper switch. Also the fog lights will not operate when the high beams are on. If the rear fog is the defrost switch, you are in the right area.If the switch is not there, they could have been dealer installed and are wired to come on when the low beams are on. Hope this helps,Good luck
Hey
You need to burp the radiator. When you drained it and refilled the new one, you likely have air bubbles caught behind the thermostat. What you need to do is to jack up the car so that the thermostat is facing forward and is thus raised. Start the car and let it run until it's about 3/4 of the way to overheating (this is how you know the bubbles have circulated around to the thermostat. Then shut the car off and let it cool off. Once it's cooled down enough to open the radiator cap, open it. The pressure drop from opening the cap will allow the thermostat to open and the bubbles will "burp" out of the radiator. Then put the car back on the ground, top off the coolant, adn you're good to go.
Over heating
When you are running the car,do the cooling fans come on? What was the reason for replacing the radiator? After you installed it did you have the system pressure tested? Something as simple as a bad radiatior cap can cause an overheat.Another thing to check is the temperature the coolant temp sensor is sending to the on board computer. The noise you are hearing, is it coming from the valve cover? Send the info back and include the engine and the transmission type. Thanks

There should be one right on the inside of the engine compartment for engine issues. For other issues...get Mitchell or Chiltons.

Pull the CPS Plug apart and clean that.

How to test fuel pump relay 89 ford probe gt
In most cases, the primary symptom is a check engine light. And you know what this means right? It’s a sign the ECU is holding on to some trouble codes. In order to read the code, you’ll need to hook up an OBD2 scan tool. If you find a P0230 or P0231 OBD2 Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC), this means a malfunction in the primary circuit of the fuel pump.
