Truck just cranks and cranks wont start fuse 22 is
Inside the fuel filter housing you will find a fuel preheater and i think that you will find the probelm is with it ,unplug the preheater and try a new fuse,if i,m right the fuse should not blow,if i'm wrong you should repost this question.

1995 f350 ford power stroke have power at battery
Follow the battery cable to the underhood fuse relay box ( open the lid) Test the fuses, ( with a light looking doesn't work) The main fuse is likly ( what'ya'do jump something wrong or blow the altenator?) ( bad batterywas in it?)

How do I change a fuel pump on my 1995 Ford F350
Hi, I hope this helps...
1994-96 Engines

- Remove the turbocharger assembly.
- Remove the fuel line banjo bolt at the pump.
- Remove the fuel line fittings at the rear of the cylinder heads.
- Remove the fuel lines assembly.
- Loosen the two hose clamps at the fuel pump fittings.
- Disconnect the water drain hose at the fuel filter.
- Disconnect the filter and position it forward.
- Remove the fuel pump retaining bolts, then lift the pump out of the crankcase bore.
- Remove the fuel pump tappet from the crankcase bore.
To install:
- Rotate the engine so the fuel pump eccentric is on the base circle.
- Install the fuel pump tappet in the base of the fuel pump.
- Replace the O-ring on the fuel pump base.
- Install the fuel pump and bolt it in place.
- Install the fuel filter and connect the water drain hose.
- Connect the two fuel hoses at the front of the fuel pump.
- Tighten the fuel line clamps and install the fuel filter retaining bolts.
- Install the fuel line assembly and new seal rings at the rear of the pump.
- Loosely install the fuel line fittings at the rear of the cylinder heads.
- Install the fuel line banjo fitting at the pump. Tighten the fitting to 40 ft. lbs. (54 Nm).
- Tighten the fuel line fittings.
- Install the turbocharger assembly.
