My brake lights on my f-350 are staying on.

there is a brake light switch right behind your brake pedal. sometimes it gets shorted causing the lights to stay on. i would check that first.

1995 f350 blows cold air, heater core is hot but

you will need to replace the air temperature control blend door actuator. go to the link for heater core instructions, they are the same for 95-97 for the blend door except u of course are not replacing the heater core, but the same access to the internal parts of the dash are required for both parts.
