I am not getting fuel out of the injector pump. We
You need to crack the fuel lines loose at the injectors to bleed them while cranking.
Loosen/remove the lines from the injectors, and crank until fuel comes out of them. Make sure you put something down to soak up the fuel that spills out. Once you get fuel out of them, you can reattach them to the injectors, and then you should be able to start the motor and let it stabilize on it's own for a few minutes. After that, it should run fine.

How to change a fuel filter on a 95 ford f-350
You will need to check inside the frame under the drivers door for the fuel filter. You will need a tool to remove the fuel lines. Remove clips from the fuel line holding the fuel filter (new ones supplied with new filter). Use the tool to insert into the fuel line to remove on both sides. Once lines are removed, remove fuel filter and replace with new ones. Be sure to put in new clips and attach lines. Good luck

Truck starts runs for about 45 mins. then dies and
Sounds fuel related. I would start with a new fuel filter. Then check the fuel pump. If that doesn't solve the problem. It may be your EVAP system that ventilates the fuel tank. Just for kix try running it with the gas cap off and see if it behaves the same way. The problem with a clogged EVAP canister is negative pressure in the fuel lines make the fuel pickup not able to pull in any gas. Hope that helps. Good luck.

Where can i purchase a diagnostic tool for my 1995
You can pick one up from most auto parts store like Auto Zone or Parts Source. But both can scan free of charge also, so if you want to save money you can always visit them to scan your F350 for the DTC codes when ever you have a check engine light on.
