If it's a sound sort of like a rattling sound then I'd suggest you check your mountings. That means the engine, gear box and exhaust. If what you're getting is a shudder, I'd suggest that either the clutch plate or the clutch cover (pressure plate) are defective. and should be replaced. If it's a vibration, check the universal joints and prop shaft center bearing for seizure or wear.

Profile ignition pickup coil. About 20 bucks for the part, it requires removing the distributor and pressing the drive gear off.

Need engine size 4.9L 5.0L 5.8L 7.3L 7.5L this is important for ignition system design.

What codes have you retrieved,looked up & diagnosed?

Check clutch cylinder please

Firing order is 1-5-3-6-2-4

it is the starter. when it gets hot it is weak. if you tested it when cold it would seem fine. I will bet money on it.
