That line breaks every where. Run a new line. drill a hole thru the firewall. Find the vacuum ball and hook it to it. Tape the line well thru the firewall to prevent rubbing a hole in it. Your best and fastest/cheapest choice. This line runs (in) the wiring harness....

could be the vacuum hose or the vacuum relay it self if it is cable then the cable has a kink in it

Look on the passenger side of the engine compartment. there should be a small black vacuum line that runs from the engine, to the heater box, through the heater box and through the firewall, into the passenger compartment. That hose/plastic line is broken. Find it and your system should work properly

Do you want to replace it?? remove the neg batt cable.. which will disarm the air bags.. dissassemble the covers on the steering column unplug the switch, un mount it and put the new one on ... reverse the steps reassemble.
