Have a pressure test done on the fuel manifold to see what pressure the regulator valve is set at. With a motor as big as this I would not be surprised if the fuel pump is not capable of feeding the injectors at full acceleration. You will find this out with the rest. To save anxiety find a speed specialist shop that has a chassis dyno installed and do the fault finding while the engine is running. IT may cost a few dollars but the problems can be diagnosed and fixed with out leaving the shop

check see if coil getting power.if no check ignition fuse if yes getting power at ignition coil.either ignition coil is bad or thick film module on distibutor faulty.ignition timing way off or you have worn distributor cap and rotor. worn spark plugs and wires.
