I have a 1990 ford with a 351 and it doesnt have

Check for a clogged Air Filter or, quite possibly, a plugged Catalytic Converter.

To check for a plugged Cat, either:
1. Take it to a muffler shop, where they can perform a flow test on the exhaust system.

2. TEMPORARILY unbolt the the exhaust where the FRONT of the converter attaches to the Y pipe coming from the engine. Make sure to suspend the exhaust before taking it for a ride, so it does not interfere with anything or drop to the ground.

Take it for a test ride and see if that cures the issue. Remember, it will be very loud, so try to head to an area that you wont bother too many people.

1987 f150 that has no power with the key in the "on" position.

locate your fusible link wires leading from your battery the and the electrical harness, you may not be getting the accessory power to your key switch and this is supplied via this fuse wire located near the battery

How do you remove the drums from a 1999 ford 350

Well the first thing is to make sure the parking brake is off and that the front wheels are chocked (unless all wheels are off the ground). If the parking brake is on you will have a difficult time getting the drums off (if at all). Now, they could be rusted on but there should be two holes near about 1/4 inch in diameter about an inch from the edge, those are for you to screw bolts in to push the drum off. Find some suitable bolts at a hardware or autoparts store.
