There should be a cap on the fuel rail that looks like the one on a tire valve.Take the cap off and its the same as a tire valve.Push the pin in but be careful to stay clear while doing this

This was a recall issue that was supposed to be fixed, I would bring this into the dealer, they should fix it for free. They had electrical problems with these models, headlights dash lights, and sometimes wipers etc. I would get this checked out before your car brakes down on the road. Dodge magnum engines are like any other make or model. Engines usually only 'blow up' if they have not been maintained correctly and have been badly treated, (driven hard before the engine has warmed up to working temperature. If you want a Magnum go and look at as many as you can BEFORE you decide to buy one. If the vehicle has no documented history WALK AWAY!! Not sure but it seems the 2006 and 2008 models seemed to be the problem years. There were more than one engine size fitted so the issue could have been with the larger V8 engine.

If it was the key or the theft deterrent system it would have a light on dash with a key symbol I would check the relays in the power dist box for crank and ign make sure there good and if you have another key try it also and it's possible the receiver for tds is bad is is in the column and is around the ign switch
