Hi, check you flasher switch first. Or earth wire is not connected.

It isn't that hard. you need to remove the plastic trim bezel from the face of the dash, it just clips on. Then you should be able to get to the 4 bolts that hold it to the dash frame. Pull it out and undo the plugs and you are there.

This is a returnees fuel system. As you mentioned the fuel pressure is regulated at the fuel pump module. If you don't have pressure after replacing the pump and you did not replace the module and you installed two pumps already than the problem is likely the regulator in the module.
