Fuse location
Should be either in fuse block under dash or under hood. These fuses are usually labelled.
I have a 2004 Dodge Dakota inside widows fog up no
It does sound as though you have a coolant leak causing the fogging. Do you get a sweet smell from the heater vents? That's a dead giveaway. Often the coolant does not get to the floorboard if the leak makes it to the A/C condensate pan. Then it just goes to the ground thru the firewall. Watch for loss of coolant in the system. If you have an appreciable loss, then you should look at the heater core as the most likely cause.
How do I replace my shift solenoid on my 2004 dodge Dakota 3.7 liter
Remove the transmission oil pan, it is messy. No drain plug. After that remove the fluid filter. Then you will see the valve body. This is what holds all the solenoids. On one side of the valve body there will be two solenoids that are the same, both close together. The 1-2 shift and the 2-3 shift solenoids. The are held in with clips. Look at it and you will see them. pull the clip and pull the solenoid out. don't lose the clip. Just a note though. If some one told you the codes and didn't diagnose the problem, you could be throwing away $100. It could be the wiring harness in the transmission, or wiring on the out side of the transmission. Or the transmission control module.
Got a 2004 dodge dakota sport,3.7 engine 2wd
Well theres no easy way but the tick marks HAVE to be set to top dead center with cylinder 1. Guess wondering since the oil pump sits in the oil pan why you tore the timing chain off? Assume you were over hauling the chain since it had high miles. All I can say if it was at top dead b4 you started cant think anything you could done for it not to go back to top center. Just keep trying walk away from it when you get really ticked off. Had a GM done that on me took 3 days going at it back and forth but i finally got it to line up to #1
How do I install the bed on a 2004 Dodge Dakota
Where the frame meets the bed directly you should need no rubber or shims. Some beds have raised areas that need a bushing to fill the gap between the bed and frame but most need nothing. Body shops do use shims on beds to get them level if there have ever been any accidents, the frame is out of plum or the bed is not level. So if you get it on and it is too high or low an any certain area just shim it up till it gets where you you want it and looks level and fit.
2004 dodge dakota in limp mode wont go past 2000 rpm P2305 code comes on check engine light comes on can reset code but light stays on and wont go past 2000 rpm
Since you didn't say what engine you have, I am assuming it to be a 3.7 L. Code P2305 is set for insufficient ionization of the #2 coil.
1. Inspect the spark plugs for correct application, these should have NGK platinum spark plugs installed. Inspect the plugs for any signs of misfiring, such as carbon tracking on the spark plug insulator or the coil boot. Inspect for cracked spark plugs or incorrect gap. Inspect for any kind of fouling on the spark plugs. Replace the spark plugs or the coils as needed.
2. Verify the wiring is not shorted to ground from the coils to the Powertrain Control Module (PCM).
3. Keep in mind that anything that can affect the air fuel mixture can cause this code to set. Be SURE that there are NO vacuum leaks, the injector is not at fault, etc. Moving parts one at a time (spark plug; coil; injector) to "known good" cylinders is the best way to diagnose this trouble code.
Stop lights not working
You need to test for power and ground at the connector for the bulb. If no power, then you need to spend some time to figure out why. If power and ground are there, you have a bad bulb.
