Beeping in terraza 2006

Look up under dash and use a length of hose with one end in your ear to listen to find where the sound is coming from. You should be able to just unplug the chime unit.

you could try another dealer, as long as they are a general motors dealer they can work on cross line models and maybe have a better Technion. it is worth the money as long as they fix it.

Engine stalled on incline will not restart, fuel pump engages, checked all fuses, but will not start

Can you roll vehicle back to some flat spot and see if it starts? Note: just because fuel pump engages does not mean it is suppling correct pressure. Use gauge to test pressure and also test for good spark to plugs. If you have no way to run these tests, it may be time to have it towed to repair shop.

Changed waterpump,theorastat.flushed radiator

And still over heating? Could be a clogged radiator, inside or out. Also a blown head gasket. No heat on the inside would be a clogged heater core or didn't get all the air purged.
