Have 2006 buick rainier....when i back up and turn
hi, if your vehicle is 4wd then the problem your having is going to be that one of the bearings have collapsed inside the differential, if this is the case then please get this looked at sooner rather than later as you could destroy the gearbox and propshaft witch would then cost a fortune to repair.
If on the other hand its not 4wd then it could be one of 2 things it could be that the brake shoes have collapsed and needs replacing or it could be that one of the wheel bearings have collapsed on one of the back wheels and will need replacing asap as it could seize up causing an accident and leaving you car un drivable ok.
Let me know how you get on or if you need further assistance ok
DRIVER SIDE DOOR CONTROLS NOT WORKING
Same thing happened to mine, I had to have the driver side door modual replaced. All the brains are in side that thing and I don't know why. But it fixed the problem. there were no blown fuses. just the door mod (the windows and window lock, and door lock)
Wheels locking up when turning sharply left or right
Could be one of several problems in the rear diff.
It depends if its the optional locking rear diff and it's stuck locked, or it is the limited slip and something inside caused it to lock.
See a mechanic before you do more damage.
No power to front passenger's door
Look for the connector on the wiring harness for that door. If that door was removed, the wiring harness would have to be disconnected so let that be your guide in searching for the connector to body connector.
2005 buick rainier abs light stays on.
Just put new brakes and rotors. How do i het this off.
If the ABS light is on it means the ABS system has detected a fault.
If the light comes on when you start the car and stays on than it has detected a problem during its self check. This is typically a wiring or connector issue.
If the light come on when you start the vehicle and then goes out but comes back on when you start moving than there is likely a problem with a speed sensor.
The best route is to start with a scan tool to see what codes are present and/or to see what wheel speed sensor is not working.
It also wont hurt to check you r work to see if you disconnected a speed sensor or broke a wire while servicing the brakes. I’m happy to assist further over the phone at

Why does turning on the A/C kill the engine?
Not sure how you put a battery in your AC, first time I've ever heard of a car AC having a battery.
Your AC may need "recharging", but that has nothing to do with a battery. A/C systems are filled with a liquid/gas "freon". When it leaks out, the A/C stops working, and can put a heavier load on the engine. Perhaps it was over filled? That could make the compressor very hard for the engine to turn.
