Do you have to remove the radiator/fan to replace
Hello and welcome to FixYa!
It's best to remove the radiator and fan for you to have ample space on the tensioner replacement. You can move freely with the radiator and fan off.
Hope this helps and thank you for using FixYa! Have a good one!

Own a 2006 Sprinter Van have a squeal in my serp
the easiest way to check this is to remove the belt and check by hand the resistance (and see if the pulleys can be twisted laterally indicating bed bearingsraces) of the various pulleys. The only one you wont be able to turn is the crank pulley, but you can check the tensioner (most common noise culprit) water pump, ac compressor pulley, power steering pulley-they should all turn freely, with no side-to-side wobble at all.

I have a 2005 Dodge Sprinter 2500. Battery
any time the battery is removed without a memory saver the radio gets locked-this is for security purposes-if you bought the vehicle brand new there should be a radio code card in with your owners manual-if not you will have to contact a dodge dealer to get the new radio code or to get it reset-if you have to go to dodge for the code i recommend writing it down in case it happens again

"my 2005 dodge spinter 3500 2.7 diesel has bat
Means output is to high this can be casued by low battery water bad regulator a loose wire on the altanator or starter and would need to be tested to know for sure, However most auto parts stores will test the ouput for you and give you an ideal. The only thing is if you have it tested post the results here so we can give a detailed way to test your issure. I could answer this with more information but the test voltage and amperage output would give me enoght information to keep you from spending money on parts and a lot of tests at the auto parts store.
If you leave it like this it could damage your electrical system. Hope this helps and thanks for using fix-ya!

could be the injector washers leaking or leak off pipes but you will have to remove the rocker cover trim for inspection

What is the obd 2 code 0674
sorry. i didn't see the heading. According to what i've seen about this code, you own a diesel. further more it appears to be a glow plug circuit code which also indicates cylinder #4.

Oil in coolant reservois
Hi!
The details you have supplied point to possible head gasket failure, however if as you say 2 Winters and No problems if it were me I would leave well alone as if you flush the system it might make matters worse and overheating could occur.
Failing that can you temporarily by pass the heater matrix/core if it runs fine and stays cool then a flush possibly will return warmth to the interior.
Keep an eye on coolant as although you reckon No oil in radiator it is coming from somewhere and settling in the heater.
Finally this sounds saft but do you let your local service station check/top up your fluids? If so then possibly someone not too clever has popped oil in your coolant by mistake?
Good Luck!
