If only one brake light is out (mine was driver's side) and you've tried changing the bulb, then it might be a metal contact in the bulb socket in the light assembly. Looks like the hot bulb melts the plastic and lets the one or more bulb contacts sink into the socket and pull away from the base of the bulb, preventing electrical contact. A little coating of solder on the socket contact(s) gave enough height to contact the base of the new bulb and get the brake light working again.

Fuses are a great place to start, if not fuses the actual cruise control switch may be to fault. Rear heater do you get heat out the front and if so is there a fuse for a rear fan maybe a blower.. Let me know

Coolant is the heat carrier for the heater core.
Top off the coolant tank to MAX level to restore heater function.

If the coolant is over 2 year old then it is a good time to flush the cooling system.

its common either ur thermostat sticks or water in wire harness a block warmer is a good route you can pick em up at a parts store or order one

Its probably going to be your actuator for the door that switches between hot and cold, if there are no other problems. Its behind the dash somewhere in the middle of the firewall, probably, usually sits about knee level.
