I have a 2003 dodge Durango. It's making a noise that sounds like a bearing that's going out. I've checked over the whole front end drive assembly and have narrowed it down to the front axle chunk.

drive the truck in a safe place turn left to right you will here a noise change from the left or the right the weight shift will indicate what side. fluid level should have a bolted plug either in the center of the diff or left or right side of it put pinky in first knuckle bend down if fluid on finger it is ok.

WHY DO THE PASSANGWER WINDOWS ONLY WORK WITH DRIVERS SWITCH

There should be a switch that you can slide on the drivers side somewhere.that switch is there so little kids don't open the doors or windows.if the switch is broke, that may be the reason for the windows not working.

Truck ran fine to work. when I came out it would not start. I tried using starting fluid but got nothing

I'm assuming this is a gasoline engine. If indeed you didn't have any results with the starting fluid then one would suspect that there is an ignition problem. Most Dodge gas engines of this vintage have individual coils for each spark plug. So...my guess is that you have a computer issue or a blown fuse. Are you getting a "check engine" light? If so, please retrieve the fault codes by turning the ignition on-off, on-off, on-off then on. The mileage display should provide one or more fault codes and then say "done". Write down the codes and relay them to me here. Also, check the under-hood fuse panel for any blown fuses and replace as needed.

Are that you joints part of the front wheel bearing assembly

No. If you have four wheel drive, from the transfer case you will have two drives shafts. These are what have the U joints.

My 2003 dodge Durango started and ran fine yesterday then last night it got down to -18 and now it turns over and attempts to fire but won't fire. We put heat in it but it still won't start. Help plea

Weak spark, flooded spark plugs, low fuel pressure, or low octane fuel are a few possible causes.

Check engine light on when i step on gas hard truck jerks

engine lights refer to the engine AND the transmission faults. I would think that when you got the light there was a problem in the transmission ( probably the transmission control module TCM) and by stomping the gas you have a shift change problem causing the jerking.

I drove my dodge Durango to day and when I got home I turn it off got out ,got back in to crank it up and it just kept turning over it never did cauth why

Remove the gas-cap, to ventilate the gas tank, to equalize the air-pressure inside/outside the tank. Too-low air pressure means that the fuel-pump cannot send any gasoline to the engine.

Drivers side brake lite out replaced bulb and socket

Probably a broken wire. They usually break at the plug. Use an ohm meter and check. Go back about six inches. Sometimes they break on the other end. Chase the wire.

Hello; Can you please advise me on what the problem solution could be? I have a 2003 Dodge Durango. This morning when I tried to start the vehicle it just turns over and over without firing. Battery

You need to determine if you have spark at the spark plugs and fuel pressure to the fuel rail. If you do have spark and fuel pressure I would look to the pick up in the distributor as that is what fires the injectors. If you do not have fuel pressure look to the fuel pump relay first, if it is good you are probably looking at a fuel pump. If it has no spark look at the coil or the crank sensor. If everything tests good then ECU.
