I have no headlights and

Headlamp switch maybe ! Looking at wiring diagrams ,testing the electrical circuit's using a DMM- digital multi-meter is the proper way to test . You best bet mite be to take your vehicle to a qualified repair shop. What module did you replace ? TIPM - totally integrated power module . The headlamp switch is an input to the BCM - body control module .The BCM sends a message to the TIPM over the serial data bus to turn on the headlamps . Do you know what serial data communication network is ? Is there a fuse for the driver's sisde window

There are several versions of wiring for this model, but all use the same fuse and circuit breaker for both the passenger and driver window. If your passenger window is working, the problem is the switch or the motor. I have pasted some of the diagrams below. Please let me know if you have more questions.

ABS light stays on and the back up lights don't work

Assuming it's not just burnt out light bulbs or a fuse, you may have a faulty switch on the transmission; usually referred to as the neutral safety switch. It's external and fairly easy to replace. It can definitely cause the reverse lights to not work and depending on the failure it could possibly interact with the ABS. Those vehicles are also susceptible to odd failures caused by a bad ignition switch, tho usually you'll get some other strange things like a bunch of warning lights, intermittent radio function, etc. Verify that the reverse bulbs and fuses are good, then put it in reverse with a helper or mirror to see the reverse lights and wiggle/rotate the key. If the lights come on then you've diagnosed the ignition switch, a pretty cheap and easy to replace item. Under my 2004 dodge grand caravan hood near the tire we hear a ticking noise which goes faster as we drive. Slows down when we slow down. What could it be?

Could be engine related or driveline related. Do you only hear the noise when the car is driving down the road? Or does it also happen when the engine is running and the vehicle is in park?

My seat belt lights will not shoot while drive after we click on our seat belts what can I check

there is a way to do it on older dodges 1999 models , this is how I remember it ,it may also be in your car manual in glove compartment , with vehicle stopped and off turn key all the way off to all the way on (not starting motor) 3 times then from drivers seat only clip and lock seat belt then unlock 3 times and leave it in wait 20 seconds and see if it worked, ,you may have to repeat this more than once, or try it the same way but at the end leave belt un clipped , I know it sounds crazy ,but is the best I can do.if this helped please let me know ,thanks . WHAT DOES THE AMBIENT SENSOR CONNECT TO FROM THE SENSOR ITS SELF? DOES IT CONNECT TO THE COMPUTER OR INTAKE MANIFOLD

Hi Joe, I'm glad to help! The ambient temp sensor connects to the "Front Control Module" and when working properly will send the signal from the sensor to the overhead as well as other places that need an ambient signal. NOTE: Heres a simple way to see if the system is working properly. Unhook the connector at the Ambient Temp Sensor and the system should go to the default setting and the overhead display should read 40 degrees. If it does then the system is OK, replace the temp sensor. If it doesn't read 40 then various test must be performed to see if its the front control module or the overhead control unit. Hope this helps and have an awesome day Joe.
