Sounds like the fuel pump is going out. Its inside the tank. But first see if the fuel pump is clooged. take it off and see if its plugged. Check fuel pressure if you can. should be 45-55 psi

Most accessory drive belts have an idler pulley that tensions the belt. The idler pulley either has s 1/2 inch square drive hole or some other way to apply force to counteract the spring. Identify the idler pulley and push it in the direction to loosen the belt, then remove it.

You have two fuses feeding the headlight switch. Do you have power at these fuses ?

Hi, assuming your parking lights work, I would say you have a bad wire from the switch to the dimmer.

How are you testing the coil? Coils don't go bad as much as people claim. What year is your dodge?

Fusible links are normally located in a second, smaller wire attached to the positive terminal of your battery.
