Was in SAFE mode now screen is blank

bad ground or bad power source behind radio and radios sometimes has fuse to the back of radio
something might have surged the cars electrics

some vehicles come with 3 fuses for radios sometimes more
these fuses are listed as
fuse box
power wire fuse box this will be located on the power wire to radio
and then you have the radio fuse

some radios have what they call an antitheft shutdown if the code was not properly put in after so many times the radio completly shuts off or for a length of time it will also shut down the radio

recommendation take vehicle to dealer so they can show and reapply code for you to you then you would never forget how to do it

I have a 1980 Thompson Vacationer Express boat

have a load test done on the battery as it may be flat or have dead cell. Check and clean the battery terminals and battery posts (shiny clean ) as the moisture around boats causes lead sulphate to build up on the terminals which prevents current flow ( black coating)

I need a manual of VW Golf MK3 1994 1.4L, I need

You will have to go to bentleypublishers.com to get a service manual that includes wiring and ignition. This is as close as you can get to a factory service manual.

It is running rich. How do I adjust the carb?

You don't. First check air filter, if clogged, replace. Next, is your car throwing a trouble code? Try cleaning MAF sensor with carb cleaner (that's between air cleaner and throtle body), next, replace bank one of the oxygen sensor. I would start there. The problem running rich is a little generic, and the above are easy fixes. If this doesn't fix it, come back and we will move on to the next possible problem.

94 jetta relays fuses are fine power goes to threw the system but no fire coming out the coil pack coil pack is new plugs are new what would couse this to happin

make sure the distributor is turning or check to see if the timing belt is broke. If those are good than check the crankshaft sensor. I would bet that along with no spark you also have no injector pulse. I’m happy to assist further over the phone at https://www.6ya.com/expert/jeremy_d728a59f986299fa

My 94 jettas power sterring seems to fail in the rain from slipping !is there a chance the could be a cover missing and can be replaced?

Yes. there are suppose to be lower covers to keep water from spraying up on the belts when it is raining.I would check to make sure all covers are present and also make sure tension on belt is good as well.If all covers are present I would check into replacing p/s belt and having it adjusted properly.Hope this helps

Battery went dead now alarm is going off

Not supposed to jump VWs. Sounds like your immobilizer kicked in. You have to connect to a diagnostic tester and clear the errors before its gona start. Go see how to do it on http://volkswagen-polo-highline.blogspot.com

Car starts fine...but dosent run

ok... first question... the Tach(rpm guage) does change when you rev your engine in either P or neutral? Also.. is your check engine light on? any odd smells(burnt eggs) if your check engine light is on.. it's most likely a fualty sensor.. based on educated guess idle air control valve .. ot maybe posibly a faulty throttle position sensor.. if you have a foul smell.. similar to eggs or just nasty... could be a catalytic converter went bad... reply and lemme know if i help.. or raise new questions :D
