You didn't say what year. My mk3 jettas have allen screws on the bottom. remove all screws. remove inside door handle cup (piece behind the door latch handle) by carefully getting a screwdriver or blunt hook and grabbing the edge and pull it out. remove 2 screws in armrest. Carefully pull up on the panel to get the window seal/lip over the top of the window slot. Now disconnect connectors for switches, lights and speakers.

Have you had front or rear glass changed? Is there rust around windshield or rear glass? Have someone run water hose over upper glass...while someone inside car inspects for water trail. Hope this helps.

PROBABLY A FAULTY RELAY. OPEN RELAY BOX, FEEL RELAYS (WHICH 1 IS CLICKING, ID RELAY & REPLACE. GOOD LUCK. IF IT CONTINUES W NEW RELAY , ELECTRICAL SHORT. (SOUNDS LIKE A BAD RELAY)

Was there a reason for removing battery

Hi I have a same codes result as above from my 2004 vw golf fi from using my new scan tool (u281 the orange one) and wanted to know if this is the tool and common or my car? I have no symptoms from these faults at all

Which bolts are you tightening? There are different torque settings depending what the bolt is being used for. A rocker cover bolt will be a much lower setting compared to a cylinder head bolt.

If its like any other model of VW after replacing the throttle body you carry "basic settings" with diagnostic equipment.
