Did you do any testing before you replaced anything? With key on, wipers on low speed, does the white wire, at wiper motor, have voltage? Use a test light or voltmeter. You could back-probe the connector. If there is proper voltage, I can't see how it could be anything but the motor, I know you said you replaced it. If there is no voltage, have to check wiring circuit and back-track.

Replace it. It's not something that you repair. Usually, most auto parts companies have the correct vacuum tubing in stock and available to purchase by the foot.

No the OBD 2 code didn't say any part was bad . Associated with OBD 2 DTC's are diagnostic flow charts . All OBD 2 sensors are controlled by a computer PCM/ECM etc.. Electrical wiring circuits .Your best bet is to take your vehicle to a qualified repair shop that knows how to test , not guess an just replace parts . probably need to keys so that a key could be clone from a good key if you lost a key and want a spare , there is no way around it except to buy a new fob key and have it programmed to the immobilizer system

You need a diagnostic test done. Non cranking is generally the battery .. but do check your battery connections - particularly the black lead where it attaches to the engine block/bodywork. Clean if necessary .. a bad earth can cause those problems. If you can get the car to crank but it still won't start - it could be a camshaft or crankshaft sensor (or even a fuel pump). Did you flatten the battery trying to restart the car? A car that cuts out is usually because of a failed fuel pump/crankshaft/camshaft sensor. A car that will not crank is usually due to a failed battery/battery connections/terminals (or starter motor..). If you're not too sure of what you are doing - get a mobile mechanic to check things for you. Those guys are usually very good and cheaper than a workshop. DON'T change parts in the hope that it will cure the problem - it usually doesn't.

I was searching for this fuse. All the above fuses mentioned were not popped on my vehicle and the 12v power was the only thing not working. Look under the hood by the latch. There is another fuse box by the hood latch. Open that and it will be #16 & #18 one is your 12v power, the other is cig lighter. Both of mine were popped. Replaced those and my problem was fixed.

You need to switch your air flow from recirculate...to out side input...the recirculate always fogs up when cold or wet outside...Hope this helps. Use the defrost mode...but be sure recirculate is off...
