My door locks do not
Since you bypassed the switch and the motors work then the problem is with the switches. You will need to check both driver and passenger switch to see which one is not working properly. This year vehicle was infamous for collecting crud in the switches.
Blinkers dont work, everything else
Have you checked to see if the bulbs burned out? Also check the fuses/relay for your blinkers.The owner's manual for vehicle will let you know where the fuse and relay boxes are.Make sure all wire connections are connected properly and that the turn signal switch is in good working condition.GOOD LUCK!
Can you help me find out why my 60a fuse is
Check the amount of Amperage that is comming out of the Alternater its the only source of power on the vehicle.If thats not it you have a short worse than I have ever seen at 60 amps that`s enough to run a RV Air Conditoner
Both my turn signals and emergency flashers stopped working

there is a relay which connects turn indicator and the emergency flashers which is provided for the timing of the flash.this timer relay may got burnt or damaged. even though the fuses are OK the turn indicators wont work. please check this.

you have a high pressure oil leak most likely caused by a blown out o-ring in
one of your oil rail block off plugs. it is possible that it may be an injector,
but i am banking on a blown out o-ring. good-day !!
On a 1999 Ford E350,
On the blower box on the firewall there is a small orange fiberglass piece wires going in to it. Unplug the wire, then un bolt it you will find three springs on it. Small, medium and large. Those are the resistors change tjhe speed. They must be broken or rusted. Replace the whole piece (blower switch resistor) its around $25 easy to replace

The fuel cap should be able to breath when fuel is sucked from the tank. Check if there's a vacuum in the tank after driving for a while. It's a classic engine stall problem - a fuel cap should have open breather holes.
Leaks gear 90 oil by
The only gear oil near the throw-out bearing would be in the transmission and the only way to the throw-out bearing is out the transmission front bearing retainer. I would check the vent first. It's on the transmission top. If that's free you'll have to remove the transmission and front bearing retainer to check the front bearing and seal.
Won't start but cranks has
If you can't pull the codes from the pcm it has either died or lost it's ground assuming it has power. I would try to get a wiring diagram and check both the power and the ground for the computer itself, because it is what turns on the pump and the wait to start light.

check the wiring harness and connectors to the boost sensor, if sensor is not reading the truck drops into safe mode, and drastically decreases engine power. the sensor is located on the intake manifold.
