How to remove a non factory radio from the dash of a 1996 ford f 350?

Not having any information on how it was installed, make or model of radio, I can't be of much help. You need to provide more information on what you've done so far.

I have a 1996 F350 7.3l deisel crewcab that ran fine. I parked it and then a week later I went to start it and it only just turned over with no starting

If the vehicle doesnt start you will need to know what the ICP shows(this has a high failure rate) Disconnect the ICP this will default the PCM to failure mode management, this is a alternate strategy the location of this sensor front of the engine threaded in the left cylinder head by the way dont use either use WD40 or any similar lubricant.Make sure the fuel pump is working its under the vehicle right below the driver seat area have someone crank it and feel for it coming on

Have a gauge hooked up to low pressure fuel pump and it shows it works but high presssure one doesnt

Check to see you have oil up to full on dipstick . The high pressure pump picks up oil at the top level so if oil starts to get to low engine will stop before engine damage . The high pressure pump is what makes the injectors fire . Also check the wires that go thru valve cover some times they burn up and you can smell the burn thru the oil filler cap .

How do I remove an after stock radio from a 1996 Ford F 350 disel pick up?

Almost all aftermarket radios come out through the front. The radios come with two pieces of, best described, about 6 inch long pieces of flat metal about a half inch heigh. After removing the face plate one piece is pushed in on each side. This pushes the clip that holds the radio aside and you can pull the radio out of its housing forward and out. If you can get under the dash unhook and wiring to the radio first, and don't forget the antenna. Instead of the factory tool you may be able to use two flat dinner knives.

Where is relay for heater glow plugs located

The relay is in easy view on the top of the motor, a little to the right side (passenger side). You will see two identical relays. One of them, the large battery cable goes to the intake air heater. The other relay is for your glow-plugs.

Right front turn signal only works with four way flashers

i know you replaced the bulb, check inside bulb socket to see if the contacts are good, they can get coroded and make the flashing system behave oddly. you can use some spray wire cleaner but i usually wind up using fine sand paper folding it up and gently rubbing inside contacts. if this doesnt work and all other bulds are good (check those filaments), then you may be stuck checking wires for breaks in the casing or rusted points on outside of wires. hope this helps.

I have hard break peddle

Hello, Check other Vacuum lines for leaks. If you have a 4x4, they can have Vacuum operated hubs and a leak anywhere will draw down the Vacuum. I found most pumps running at about 21psi. Check for a Vacuum Reservoir. The older models used one looking like a coffee can and they would rust on the bottom and leak.

If you take off a vacuum line and use a hand vacuum pump, you should easily find a leak on one of the remote lines. Another test idea is to remove the Vacuum pump lines, put in soapy water, and pressurize with about 3 PSI. Any vacuum leaks will blow bubbles and soapy fluid. Its your choice on what to do. I would reserve the soapy water for a line I find to leak with a hand Vacuum pump.

Many of the people wih your problem replaced the vacuum pump and were good to go. But if you can measure the vacuum and find the leak, you may save money on a part you do not need.

HOW DO YOU SILENCE A CHIME WORNING BELL?

There is a BLACK/PINK thin wire going up into steering column. Cut that to silence the chime when your key is in the ignition. Or before doing that locate the chime module under your dash (just follow the sound) and unplug the module from the connector and that will do it.
