The air tube going to the right exhaust manifold is rotted out and ford wants $170.00 for a new one
more of a statement than a question, but if you have a beef with how much parts cost so much from a dealer, try doing what everyone else does:Step 1 - lose the dealer's phone numberStep 2 - go to a parts store (Advanced, Autozone, NAPA etc)Step 3 - if you can't leave the house due to your car, try RockAuto.com or even eBay if you want a used part for pretty cheap. Also if you have a local junkyard, give them a call and they would be more than happy to sell you something you need from a smashed car with perfectly usable parts that didn't get smashed.

Does your "wait to start light come on"? If not check fuse#22 under the hood. If it is blown it is most likely your fuel heater inside fuel canister. Unplug the wire on drivers side of fuel canister, replace the 30 amp fuse and try to start. I hope that helps!

Is antifreeze coming from "weep" hole in bottom of case under shaft nose?is it coming from the heater hose (small hose coming of side and going into firewall to heater core inside engine compartment?is it coming from bad gasket between pump and front case?get a paper towel and dry these areas then start engine. when it starts leaking that will tell you if you need to change the water pump (gasket leak or weep hole shaftseal leak) or if you just need to replace/repair heater hose.
