I am getting a p2074 code off my obd11 reader for my 2004 dodge neon sxt 2.0 l engine and a fuse light on my dash is blinking.

Not sure what the fuse light means, but you can localize the vacuum leak by going around the intake manifold and plugging off any ports. For example, the purge line can be taken off. Put your finger over the port to see if the engine idles down. If yes, trace the purge line back to the solenoid valve to find the leak. Similarly, you can remove the brake booster line and plug that port. If plugging the ports does not bring the idle down, next check the gaskets. Try spraying some carb cleaner on the gaskets while ybe engine idles. If the speed changes, uou have a gasket leak.

The radio won't turn on in my 2004 dodge neon

Has any work been done under the dash. Sounds like you have wire grounded to radio or something else the fuse sends power to. Maybe you could unhook hot wire to radio. if fuse blows again you know it is not the radio.

Try having a radiator shop look at the transmission cooler inside the radiator to see if it can be repaired. If not, then a new radiator is needed.

Over night the battery is dead

Put a 12v test light between the positive terminal and the battery cable. If the light is bright the draw is to much.A dim light is fine.if the light is bright, plug one fuse at a time until light dims.DO NOT cause a draw by leaving a door open etc while testing.DO NOT try and start the car or turn the key on during this test.Once you have found the fuse that causes the most draw,if you want to save $ you can just pull this fuse overnight or wire that circuit with a relay to unpower it when the vehicle is switched off.

Why does the coil pack keep goin bad on my 2004 dodge neon?

How do you know the coil pack is bad ? Did you test it , or are you going just by the P0302 - P0300 ? These codes do not mean the coil pack is bad ! Could have a vacuum leak , could have weak fuel pump , partially plugged fuel filter ! The engine could have a mechanical fault , burnt valve , bent valve , bad head gasket ! Sounds like you need stop wasting your money an take it to a pro !

I have a 2004 dodge

If u have an exhaust leak (loud sound) that will affect a lot of the sensor readings. The O2 sensors will not read properly either & set codes. If the leak is large enough u will lose power & the trans wont work properly either & set codes. Just because u have a code, doesn't mean the part is bad. Start w the basics. If there is an exhaust leak, fix that 1st & clear the codes.
