I have a 2002 Dodge Intrepid 2.7 L. 1.) heat
It sounds like you have a leak. Diagnose where the leak is coming from. Check for coolant leakage at your water pump, at both ends of your radiator hoses, and the transmission coolant line. You may also want to replace your Thermostat just in case it's locked in the closed position.

My Intrepid won't start. Just one click and then a hum. Battery new. What might it be?
it sounds like ur starter to me one way to find out for sure before u take it off is to jack up car and on the starter there is a battery cable (big post) ignition wire (small post) carefully stick a small screwdriver between the two making contact with both and nothing else. If starter is good it will turn over... but it really does sound as if the starter is bad from what you said
Door handle and window
What you'll need to do is replace the door regulator with a good used one or a new one. The fact that it's broken probably is the cause of the glass going off track. Call your local Recycle Yard or NAPA for a replacement part.
Vehicule exterior color code where to find it
If you'd like to know the original paint color of a vehicle to repaint or touch up scrapes, one of the ways to find out is by looking up the Vehicle Identification Number, more commonly referred to as a VIN. The VIN is a 17-digit number that can tell you practically all of the information about a car, such as make, prior reported accidents and color code. The dealership will be able to determine the paint code based on the VIN.
Car Dying, Not starting, and can't get over 2.5 RPM
I have a 2001 Dodge Intrepid and had a similar problem; while, in motion my car would turn off so I would pull over with its flow. I would wait there for about 20 to 30 minutes and tried turning it back on and it did. This would happen often. After, doing my research and having a few guys helping me to figure this out, and changing a few sensors that cost over $50.00 a piece that didn't solve the problem. I find out that the crankshaft position sensor needed to be replaced; which, I did and I only paid $12.00 at AutoZone. It never again turned off on me again. (of course only when, I would turn it off). I hope this helps you and if you have any other question please ask, I've had too many issues with this vehicle and my only solution is to repair it. I am unemployed, so I can't afford to purchase another vehicle or hire a mechanic. Good luck :-)
Running rough
A blinking or flashing check engine light indicate misfiring. I suggest you check the components of your secondary ignition system especially if it worsens when it's damp.
Check engine light flashes 9 times
is there any pause between flashes? you need a scan tool on an 02 vehicle for that kind of problem. codes for pcm are not single digit. so now it begs the question... how did it get in a flash mode? perhaps the allpar website is a good place to seek data. but you need to decide if it cranks but wont start? wont start, wont crank? or cranks, start -die allpar could have tsb data for you. or the public library, i look cars up on mitchell database there and get recalls/tsb's as well as pinpoint tests for codes.
Had car scanned and got codes PO301-PO201-PO740 where should I start?
http://www.edgeproducts.com/product_images/customer_support_article-pdf-39.pdf helps you identify the source of the codes to narrow it down. Just remember, with three codes, you need to solve the code problem that can impact the others as there is usually a dependency on other subsystems working for the automobile to function correctly.
Check engine light flashing
you need to take to shop or auto parts store if u live in USA like Autozone. they will scan the car and can tell u why the check engine light is on.
Does not start
