What is the firing order for a 1977 Dodge 360 and

The firing order is 1-8-4-3-6-5-7-2. I'll try to find a pic of the distributor layout although number "1" is usually embossed on the cap or on the distributor body.

Hope this helps!

So my buddy pulled the shifter off of my 1983 dodge ram 150

Manual transmission........ Set the emergency brake, or block the wheels. Now, using a large screw driver and a flashlight, look down into the shifter cover. You will need to line up the shifter so that it looks like a left-to-right long rectangle (each gear has a slider that moves front-to-rear). Once you have done that, you cannot fail getting the shifter into the correct place. f8p89np7+h6qjow4n4losaaaaaelftksuqmcc

CHANG HOLE FIRING SYSTEM SILL NO FIRE HOW TO FIX

Did you check primary voltage at the coil, I believe it is a pink wire. It goes hot, either key on or engine cranking. With some older vehicles, they used a resister block, during cranking, it bypasses the resister and the coil gets full battery voltage, with engine running it goes through resister trying to make it easier on the ignition system. I'ts been a long time since I worked on this model year. Did you check voltage and ground, anywhere? Replacing parts may not fix it, if problem with wiring circuit, somewhere?

My fuel gauge reads backwards and only travels part of the way. how do I fix it?

How did you check your fuel gauge? The "Universal" fuel sending unit could be a problem.

Diagram or picture of where the spark plug wires go into the distributer on a engine number 318-1

For this you have to determine when the #1 cylinder is at TDC (Top Dead Center) - when it would be firing. Take the distributor cap off and look at the rotor - it would be pointing at the #1 spark plug wire on the distributor. The wires would be connected it order around the distributor cap starting at 1. The sequence is 1-8-4-3-6-5-7-2 in a clockwise fashion.

How to remove rear drum on dodge truck

Jack it up and put solid brace under to hold up. Remove jack. Take tire off and you will see some push on holders on the lug screws. Remove them carefully as you will reinstall them. Then the drum should slide right off the lug screws.

How to bleed the brakes

pretty easy, and you can do it with a helper the old school way. The order you will bleed them is right rear, left rear, right front left front. (you should bleed toe longest lines first.)Open the hood and fill the master cylinder with DOT 3 brake fluid.Close the cover to the master cylinder. Get in position at the right rear wheel with the wrench ready to open the bleeder screw on the back of the wheel cylinder. Have the helper push the brake pedal 3 full times to the floor and hold it down on the 3rd pump. (keep pushing it down)They should say "Holding" at that point and you will open the bleed screw just a little until you see fluid coming out. (the pedal will fall to the floor when you open the bleed)You should close the bleed screw before they release the pedal. Repeat the process a few times until you don't see air or dirty fluid. You should check the fluid level every few times you repeat this to make sure it's still full of fluid, and make sure to seal the master cylinder cap before pumping the brake. The process is the same for all 4 wheels. You can also use a small clear tube/hose.... put it over the end of the bleed screw and the other end in a bottle or something to catch the mess coming out. They sell one man bleed kits at the autoparts places, but I found them more messy and not as good as the old way. hope this helps.
