Check fuel pressure and make sure fuel filter and air filter are clean. If all are ok and with in spec...chances are you have injector failure starting.

You shouldn't need to unhook ac lines, just the water hose. Look at the hose connection at the core and see if you can cut it off the core since you may want to replace it and start with fresh, if not, loosen the fittings at the core and see if you can pry the hoses off.

had the same problem. it was the throttle positioning sensor. it's located above the fender well on the drivers side. it's an easy fix but costly...350.00 you have to calibrate it once installed... before re connecting the battery... slowly push the pedal all the way to the floor then release. put it all back togeather and it shold work fine.

it doesn't have a fuel pump relay it has a fuel pump control unit and it is located on the chassis back quarter drivers side near the tube cross member for chassis on top of chassis rail near bed mount. locate the rear springs front perch and it will be above that on top of rail.

The battery is good?

many durangos have a leak problem at top of windshield on passenger side. it will drip down to the top of the amp that is located in the passenger kickpanel. It will blow the fuse or fry the amp depending on where the water gets on the amp.
