What is the governor pressure sensor reading look like. This sensor tells the transmission controler what kind of load the engine is under while driving. This tell the transmission what gear to be in. Did you check your park lights, brake , side marker, back up , tag lights and instrument cluster and panel lights glove box light turn signals dome lights high beam low beam middle brake light. Hope that helps

suggest that you bled the system including the pump and get all the air out.

Check for ground at the pigtail. If you have power and ground, replace the bulbs.

The lift pump is bad Check the fuel pressure with a test gauge.

I had this with bad fuel. I replaced all in line and main filters.

that's odd ,try disconnecting the vacuum hose at the booster chamber and see if they release,had a truck do that once,the master cyl.seal at the booster failed and the brakes were applied.

It is fairly straight forward. First block the tires and set the emergency brake. Once you disconnected the shaft the transmission won't hold the truck anymore. A 9/16" socket and a 3/8" drive socket should be all the tools you need. Except maybe a extention and universal adapter to make it a little easier to access. There are 4 bolts that hold the driveshaft to the rear differential. Once you have the bolts out the shaft should come loose. You may need to tap on it a little with a rubber mallet (if it has not been changed before)or if you don't have one, place a 2X4 piece of wood on the shaft as close to the rearend as possible and tap it with a regular hammer. After the shaft falls loose simply pull the shaft toward the rearend and it should slide right out. Be carefull not to let the front end just drop on to the ground as it has splines that you don't want to foul up.
