2001 Dodge Diesel - headlights will not go off
Do you have an aftermarket key fob for your vehicle? Often these remote controls are wired into the lights for convenience. This could be the cause of the problem. Some vehicles were also programmed from the factory to have day-time running lights. These are normally controlled from the key position. If so it is possible that you have a bad ignition switch which is not disconnecting the running lights in the off position.
I have a ram 2500 and the abs pump will not stop
It can either be wheel sensors abs sensors or the abs pump itself. You are going to have to diagnose the problem of these three things until you find out what your problem is. I do not recall on a 2001 dodge ram if the wheel sensors and the abs sensors are the same or not

Did you bleed the clutch hydraulic system after you replaced the parts? It requires bleeding just like the brake system does.
2001 dodge diesel doesn't have brake lights.
Sounds like a short in your wiring. Have you checked the bulbs and you could have bought a bad brake light switch. Try having somone step on the brake lights and use a test light to see if your getting current back there
