Is there a fuse for the fuel pump on the 2000

Hi!!

It should be a fuel pump relay and may be a fuse in the power distribution centerr (fuse/relay box) in the engine compartment close to the battery.

Good Luck!! Don't forget to rate this post!!

2002 Dodge ram having a

Could be your main fuse panel under the hood, I just fixed a panel from a 02 caravan, a couple of soldier-joints were corroded with a green film cleaned them up and solved my no high-beams problem and cab light problem. You will have to dismantle the panel, take a picture of where every fuse and relay goes before you start.

Have replaced ECM ' fuel pump and given it a tune

That sounds exactly like a problem with the PCM. (Powertrain Control Module)

I have heard of aftermarket stereos and even the passenger side air-bag switch causing similar problems, and a "No Bus" message means that the PCM is not communicating with certain modules, and the dash lights and gauges can become erratic and the vehicle performance will be affected.

The next time that the vehicle acts up try wiggling the connector at the PCM and see if it makes any difference, and also you can dis-connect the battery, and dis-connect the wiring connector to the PCM for three minutes and then re-connect the PCM and then the battery and see how the truck runs, if it changes how the vehicle runs and the dash lights and gauges are normal with no "No Bus" message, then you will need to replace that PCM.

My truck 5.9 cumming diesel turbo will not start

It has a fuel transfer pump (low pressure) May be mounted on the engine block next to fuel filter housing or it could be in the tank, depending if it has been updated, Came from factory on block, but later updated to intank> Fuel transfer pump pressure should be at least 8 psi> the injection pump then raises pressure to open injectors. May have to replace transfer pump first or you could possibly have a plugged fuel filter. Do you have any smoke coming from tailpipe while cranking?
Injection pump failure is a common problem. The diafragm breaks inside the injection pump if you run low transfer pump pressure> This causes the timing to be off thus no start. Really best to have it towed to experienced diesl tech. He can get you the right answers rather than just replacing parts, Can get in your wallet real quick,

I need to change the in tank fule pump in my truck

The tank has 2 straps that hold the tank to the frame(make sure tank is some what empty, the emptier the lighter) then just disconnect the fuel lines and wires then you can to the pain in the **** ring (some times the ring is loose enough to turn with a hammer and chisel) the book says make a "special tool" but you can be creative. then remove the fuel pump canister and follow the directions depending on if you bought the whole Mopar replacement canister or just a replacement fuel pump.
Hope this helps

I want to change the fluid what do i refill with

when you say fluid im guessing you mean tranny and diffs.if so and you do a lot of towing id use a synthetic fluid for the tranny and diffs it will cost slightly more but better in the long run. one thing if you go with synthetic youll have to say with it. if you dont do a lot of towing or driving id just go back with mercon 2 tranny fluid and regular gear oil for the diffs. happy motoring.
