I would say IF the transaxle is the original off the assy line when built, it is time for a rebuild I once owned a trans shop, so I wound not even try to diagnose a trans with 10 years or more & 150,000 miles on it Just pull it & rebuild it, then do your testing of the control circuits

You'll need to get into the door panel and test the switch its self and from there you can test the window motor also, also look for anything that could be binding the window glass its self. remove the motor and test it directly off your 12 volt battery. If it's the window motor check a wrecking yard for a used one. I believe the front and back windows use the same motor. Get a used one from the rear window if it matches yours and test it before leaving the yard. Good Luck

run the fault codes and check for a torque converter clutch solenoid /servo problem. Check for TCM problem. I suggest a change of fluid and filter clean and while the pan is off have the bands and clutch packs adjusted

On the driver's side of the engine compartment, to the rear of the air filter/air intake box, is an air conditioner line with a fitting pointed straight up. It is about 6" below the top of the air filter box. Be cautious not to overfill the system.
