I have the NAV system touch screen AC/Heat control panel, and though the panel shows a reduction in the blower speed, the fan blows at max now...is there a method to reset or reboot the system? Or, what else could fix this issue? Please advise, and thank you!

Could be one of 2 things. It could be blower motor resistor or blower motor amplifier. If you have AUTO AC feature/setup, than it will be the amlifier. If you have manual AC than I would look at the resistor, but sounds like you have AUTOAC system, so get the amlifier checked. Its behind the glove box screwed to the air box assembly. 2 screws and its out. Hope this helps. Good luck and let me know what you found.

The radio will not turn on.
Check radio fuse first maybe blown. If the battery went dead on vehicle or battery was disconnected may need a code to power up radio. Code may be in you owners manual on radio page or can be obtained from the dealer. Good Luck

took it to dealer, they found codes P1140,P1147,P0158,P0138.I can't afford to have them do it, any idea if there is a way to fix for less?
ALL those codes at once ! When was it last in for service? Haven't recently filled up with gas somewhere different by chance? First thing I'd do is add some fuel additive with moisture remover, and system cleaner, and see what that does, if you can still drive vehicle without too much trouble. What & when exactly did all this start, and what is vehicle doing?

My 2002 Nissan Pathfinder has 3 red lights on, the BRAKE light, oil temperature and Battery light. what does that mean?
Wow, 3 problems, did the lights come on one at a time or all at once? How long has each been on? 1st thing is to check fluid levels-brake, & oil. You may damage the vehicle if you continue to drive it. The brake light means a malfunction in the system, or low brake fluid. If the level is low, adding should turn the light off. You then need to check to see where the system is leaking. Oil temp light, or is it just oil light? This will go on when you basically have no oil in the engine, or the oil pump has failed, both very bad. Battery light indicates the vehicle is not charging the battery. Check the drive belt, did it break? This could cause a bunch of lights to go on. Let me know the answers to the above, so I can help to refine my answer.

what type of oil do you use for the 02 nissan pathfinder
5w30, conventional or synthetic if up to you. i tend to recommend synthetic, but whatever you choose, stick with it, it is not a good idea to switch back and forth.

What is (P1612 code) vehicle immobilizer means?
An immobilizer is an electronic device fitted to an automobile which prevents the engine from running unless the correct key is present. This prevents the car from being hot wired after entry has been achieved.
The microcircuit inside the key is activated by a small electromagnetic field which induces current to flow inside the key body, which in turn broadcasts a unique binary code which is read by the automobile's Engine Control Module (ECM). When the ECM determines that the coded key is both current and valid, the ECM activates the fuel-injection sequence.
The immobilizer function of the Nissan Vehicle Immobilizer System (NVIS) or Nissan Anti-Theft System (NATS) consists of the following:
- NATS ignition key
- NATS antenna amp. located in the ignition key cylinder
- Body control module (BCM) or (IMMU)
- Engine Control Module (ECM)
- Security indicator lamp
