1990 chevy 350 distributor wiring diagram and firing order

The firing order is 1-8-4-3-6-5-7-2.
The distributor rotates in a clockwise direction. The engine must be on the compression stroke on the #1 cylinder. Line up the timing marks. Remove the cap and the rotor should be pointing to approximately the 5 o'clock position.

Good Luck

No park lights rear only

no parking lights @ rear tails, yes ! do you have a wire diagram, get one, there in the back of the haynes repair manuel. could be a bad connection @ rear, a wire may be shorted, corroded, after all, these wires are subject to road salt, debris, etc., inspect them closely, turn your parking lights on, pull on the wire harness, wiggle it, see if lights come on. have a helper watch for you when you do this. do your brake lights work? make sure your tails are in good shape, these light components corrode inside, so inspect them closely, then, follow the wire harness from rear to front along frame rail, to check condition of wires, all of them, if in good condition, check under dash, where you replaced switch, check fuses, use your wire diagram to locate and under stand the color of wires that come from the rear, and there function, remember, we are dealing with the tails, what powers them, and which ones do what. ignor all other wires, keep it simple dude. have a trouble light with you, It looks like an ice pick, with a wire lead on it and a aligator clip on it to attach to a good ground. electrical problems have a bad ground, remember that. by now you should know your wires for the tails, usually there green. with your taillights on, and your trouble light hooked up, check each wire to see if the troublelight goes on, this wire is good, if troublelight does not light up, wire has no continuity, therefore its bad. patience is a virtue, remember that. test wires on a circuit you know works, so you can feel more positive about what your doing, these problems can be easy, they can be @#$!%& , remeber, your trying to power up your tails, keep it simple, one wire @ a time. good luck,

1990 chevy c1500 hesitation and stumbling during acceleration

Based on what you said, I would say the engine is starving for fuel. The computer has to be disabled to set timing - there should be a procedure for that.I would start with checking fuel pressure at the throttle body. If the TPS is faulty you should have a fault code in the computer. If the fuel pressure is ok and there are no codes, I would suspect the injectors.

Have a 1990 Z71 4wd that with loud engine knock.

I'd consider some fresh, clean oil & filter change first of all, if it hasn't been done . drive it for a while providing it isn't too bad, & see if it goes away, if not get back to us.

Anytime the check engine light is on, you should check the computer for trouble codes. The codes will point you in the direction of the problem and what to troubleshoot.

I don't have power going to my AC. The diagram was lost. I need to know where the fuse is for it.

The circuit is on a 25 amp fuse in the power box under the hood. A brown wire goes from the fuse to the a/c relay. I would look at all of the 25 amp fuses. Most should be 15 or 20 amp.

What are the numbers on the distributor cap

I assume the numbers you mean are (153624 or similar) 1 - 6 or 1 - 8. That refers to the cylinder the lead needs to go to. If it is a v8 you should see numbers on the intake manifold as well.

The idle go up and down as the oil pressure too

The oil pressure will go up and down with the rpm of the engine. The idle going up and down is probably either the idle air control valve or the throttle position sensor, both of these should be located somewhere on the throttle body, (what looks like a carburater)
