The clutch is probably worn out and slipping and needs to be replaced. With a manual transmission, if the engine revs and the car doesn't accelerate at the same pace, the clutch is slipping. This usually gets very very worse almost instantly. The clunking could be related or it could be an unrelated problem you're just noticing now that you have a slipping clutch. Has the car recently made clicking noises while turning sharp corners or in reverse? If yes, maybe a bad CV joint. If you don't have the technical aptitude to remove the transmission and replace the clutch, I suggest taking it to a shop to have them check into it. Clutches are a wear item and go bad around 90,000 miles of use.

Is this a diesel motor? If its a diesel bad glo plugs.

What engine? When it has no spark it looses it on all cylinders? The first thing I would try is the crank position sensor.

Spark plugs have problems replace genuine accessories. If you can confirm that the spark plug is genuine, you can try to change high-voltage ignition coil

on older models we had a procedure as follows.hook up a remote starter switch turn key to on position and crank.if there is no attempt to start or fire then the problem is in the electrical wiring. won't run in ignition on but will run in ignition start position.They used to use fusible links that blew when they got old.hope this helps.

Your TPS switch is bad. It is caled Throudle Pision Sencer. It is on the side of the throdle body and has two wires going to it. It is not reading where the throdle is so therefor it stalls.

Your bigger problem is the compressor not kicking in. The cooling fan is not coming on because there is not enough high side pressure to turn the fan on. I would start by checking power to the compressor, fuses and relays would be inspect. Check to make sure there is the proper charge of refridegerant in the system.
