The wire that runs to the glo-plugs comes from the relay and as it is a heavy gauge wire (colour coded ) try tracing it back to a relay. IT may be completely separate to all the others.

I suggest to check and test the fuel pump.

bad selonoid or loose connections on ground or positive leads from battery to starter,selonoid,ground wire

You said the choke sticks

I would just rebuild the carb & use a new float

If horn fuse is good, Ground horn wire at horn button,listen for click at horn relay

It should be located in the fuse panel under the dash on the drivers side.

choke needs to be adjusted for current temp.

check the adjustment to the throttle
