If you think the timing is off, you can line up the marks on the crank and check the rotor.

check the cooling lines and the trans cooler for debri and blockage in the lines

you have Lost the GROUND on the LEFT SIDE. The easiest thing to do is to tap into the Wires on the LEFT with a Ground Wire and run it to the Chassis

Check fuel pressure and ignition, the best thing would be to check it with the scanner

Go to autozone website they have wiring diagram available online

possibly a faulty injector for the miss but if you have a head/headgasket problem it would account for the exhaust. Do a compression test and radiator pressure test to eliminate that area of concern

Looks like all four wires go from the IAC to the computer.

There must be a pressure relief valve block or breather valve has to be high oil pressure and it is venting through your dipstick. Lagging out could be blocked injector, worn spark plugs or other fuel starving.
