First of all, It is called a THROTTLE BODY. High speed driving is usually the problem. high klm. equals worn engine like valve seals and or blocked PVC valve.

sounds to me like you need to replace the PCV valve which is in the small tube comming from the air intake or someone has over filled it with oil. all in all the angine isn't breathing and it wouldn't be a bad idea to have the oil system cleand and flushed. They do have products at the store as long as you follow the instructions those should work if you do it at home.

Sounds like a good thing to me most of the time there will be nothing harmful wrong when it does come on.

This fan is computer controlled, so you need to have the system tested.

Most certainly take this back to the mechanic and have them fix this until they get it right.

First make sure both battery cables are free of corrosion and ground is secured to chassis and engine then check to see if theres an alt. fuse or bat. fuse blown. Another way to test charging sys w\out an meter is to remove the ground terminal from the bat. with the car running, if the alt. is good car stays running, if all else fails take the alt and bat to a parts store that will test them for free

check the earth wire at the cluster and the conector wire.

Is the cooling system full and is the thermostat closing when the engine is cold ? If the engine is warming up to normal temp, can you make the gauge move by grounding the sensor wire ?

Has it been reprogrammed at the dealer? This will have to be done for the pcm to register the tcm

Do you have normal fuel pressure and spark ?

I lost my only key to my 2002 Chevy Venture Mini Van. I replaced the ignition switch. I followed the directions on how to program the new keys that came with the new switch and it didn't work. Does anyone have any suggestions on what to do. Cant afford to take it to a dealership.

servo switch the main switch needs replacement as long as it didnt come off the track now if you want your window to go up till fixed power jump the switch this is scarey part find a power line and connect window should go up but you have to pull switch out to do this

Could be a stuck starter solenoid or a problem with the key switch.

Take the battery and have it load tested. Most places that sell car batteries can do this for you. The battery may not have the amperage to start the vehicle even though it has the proper voltage.
