700r4 is pretty easy to rebuild. It likley burned up the 3-4 clutch pack. If you intend to rebuild it yourself, ebay is a great source to buy the kits. Make sure you look through it and get clutchs, steels, band, filter and bushings. Almost every kit comes with the seal kits. You should also put a new reaction sun shell in as they commonly break. It's less than $200 for all this and fluid.
I need instructions on how to replace a fuel pump
Those are pressurized pump in the fuel tank. You should have a inspection access plate on top of the fuel tank(s). If there is more than one tank be sure the relays and the system to change over tanks is working properly. First thing starting it , in the morning , turn all out side noise off, turn key to on position just short of cranking the engine over ,and you should be able to hear the pump in the tank , making a low growling noise , if it is working propery , this will last about 30 seconds while the pump builds pressure.
In warmer times of year the oil pressure drops
oil pump is good evidence of wear and age on engine. older engine with high mileage has lower pressure. in two years your vehicle will be an antique.
maybe you should consider looking around for a rebuild engine swap. another used engine will be itself so old that it needs rebuilding.
oil sender is cheap and easy to replace, but your story sounds like it is working fine.
