only teo fuse pannals one under hood under black cover and one when u open drivers door on side of dash. (you pull the triangle plastic off and then u see it)

check lines connectors.[cracks].

probably the fan switch in the control module gone bad thats the little box in the dash with the switchs in it you can only get it salvage or from the chevy dealer

check air filter,size of tires,any codes.

CHECK AIR FILTER ,AND HOUSING FOR LEAKS ,ALSO HAVE SOMEONE HOOK A HANDHELD SCANNER AND READ SERVICE CODES .COULD BE EGR PROBLEM , AIR LEAK ,VACUMN LEAK ,LEAKY INJECTOR , ETCCLOGGED AIR FILTERAIR FILTER NOT SEATED RIGHT IN HOUSING

The fuel filter is located in the back left, top, of the engine. It is just in front of the second battery( if you have one).

Your issue could be the cluster itself. Do you have power and a good ground for the sending unit?
