Hey Joe , The first thing to do would be check for battery voltage on the heavier gage wire on the back of the alternator , if there is no voltage here there is a open circuit ! Which means the fusible link fried . This wire comes from the starter ! This charging system is controlled by the PCM , but they are rarely the problem . Do you have the charge indicator lit on the dash ? Do you have a check engine light on ? This system can set DTC'S - diagnostic trouble codes ! DTC B1328 DTC P0562 DTC P0563 DTC P0621 DTC P0622 .

When you replace the thermostat there's usually a purge procedure to get the air out of the system. It can vary from manufacturer to manufacturer but typically on older cars like this you just need to run the system with the heater on and the coolnat cap off until all the air is expelled. You'll also need to add more coolant to the fill tank as the air gets displaced.

go to like autozone and have them reset it for you with the scanner or if you have one plug it to the obd connector on your car and do it or just unplug the battery for like 5 minutes then plug it back on and should be done.

Have some one do this for you. You are cutting into computer/data wires. You could easily burn a computer/s up. Or you could put the original plugs back on and buy a aftermarket wiring harness for it. $20 for the harness is way better than $300 for a computer and programming.

I think you just need new bulbs in both sides. The High and low beam are in one bulb.

You have a problem with brake light switch from the sound of it. Check the bulbs in rear and then check your voltage on alternator regulator

must determine if you have spark or fuel to continue..

this is very common in gm cars I had it happen to one of mine.. I found a way to bypass it for a decent price and u can do it yourself hope it helps

Yes, first it shouldnt take an hour to do spark plugs, also there may be an HT lead loose, but most likely incorrect plugs, wrong gap or worse, a cracked plug if they did them up too tight. I would remove them and check everything asap as it will be putting stress on your coil/coils.

Not sure I am with you on this. The cooling system is designed to run between 190 and 210 as a normal range. Above 210 and the radiator fan should start up. Anything over 230 is considered Hot. Is the radiator fan coming on around 220 degrees ?

first off run the fault codes to indicate any electronic problem. Next check under the accelerator pedal for a loose /broken clip that is allowing the pedal to disconnect from the sensor or cable .
