remove coil wire at distributor and plug a HEI GM tester spark plug to see if spark at ignition coil if not test ignition coil for current and signal not short to ground

Take radio fuse out and clean terminals or replace fuse.

i'd say go with what your owners manual recommends for best durability.

There is no one thing that can cause this. Careful diagnosis is required to track down the casue.

Front end may be out of line.

Did you use a torque wrench on the pan bolts? They have to be set to inch pounds of torque, if you over do it or under torque it, there are problems.

1. Check the ball-joint.

2. Check the Tye-rods.

3. Your shock absorbers/ struts.

4. Wheel balancing and alignment.

Check fuses and relays.

The window motor has two wires that plug in to it. They are both positive wires, one for up and the other for down. The motors ground is the rivets or bolts to the door itself. If a new switch is not in hand sinply find the correct wire you hot wire it up. No need to worry if you connect the one that goes down first for it will not hurt the motor if on for a second or two. Just run a know positive wire to it to move it up. Your motor is fine if the window goes down so a switch is in need of replacement

There are actuators on the front axle and the transfer case, check them both.

That sensor is on the top of the gas tank. When you replace it you'll notice an increase in mileage too.
